Reputation System!

I have added to the site, a Reputation System. This is a good way to tell if someone is good or bad on our Site. The only rule to this system is that you can't give someone a reputation point without a good reason. You MUST have a reason in order to give someone rep. points. Thanks for reading.
How to give someone a rep point:
1) Go to a post or message and at the top right side of the post is a + or - sign.
2) To view your or someone elses reputation go to their profile or look at a post of theirs
it's right under their name and picture.

Well right now it doesn't really matter too much, because we are just starting. But later on there will be more people and a lot more people with good or bad rep and that is how we will tell who is good or bad.
