Physical Appearance: Has large black cat ears. He is small and frail. He is very healthy,and has great leg mucsles also has cat like eyes, and red tail.

Carried Possessions: Wears a green sweatband for luck and energy control.

Clothing and Armor: Wears a black shirt with red dots,and striped red and black jeans, red and blue sneakers with yellow shoe laces.

Weapons:He has two blades, one on each hand are connected to him by and blue elastic wrist bands, when spun at high speeds can create high winds, can reform and form to my wrist as metal gloves.

Likes: CANDY, running, guitars,  laughing, brawling, balls of yarn   , sleeping.

Dislikes:Spiders, heights, waiting.

Merits: He is really fast, has traits of a cheetah neko, has high defense and dodging, thinks before doing anything, can see in dark well.

Flaws:He can take a hit but cant give one. He is weak at attacking, can get lost in thought, if anger isn't controlled he can be very powerful, he is lazy, he has a strange yarn ball obsession.

Worst Fears: Spiders, heights, darkness.

Personality: Arrogant, intelligent, swift, truthful, loyal, kind, can be mischievous, lazy, ignorant, laughs at most threats,and he likes at breaking the fourth wall.

History:
Neko History (As known so far):
Nekos are an ancient race that have been around as long as time memorium. However, due to their original nomadic life many of their lores and legends have been lost. The few that still exist are just that. They have stories of heroes and heroines with no idea if they really existed. They live their lives and teach their children based on these standards set by their "predecessors". Few facts are known about the Nekos except they live in small tribes. Each tribe has a certain cat that they are particular with and they can transform into. They also have the ability to talk to animals of all natures feline or otherwise. The tribes are sporadic and it's uncommon to find one and even if you do you may never be able to find it again because of their difficult locations. Nekos are usually kind unless threatened and keep to themselves as a race. Few venture out though. For reasons of adventure, glory, gold, knowledge, power, or atonement. Some wish to attain the ancient power of magic older than even their race which very few have accomplished. Other were exiled or banned. Some just wander unsure what to do with their life.... to be continued.

Blade's History
He was born in a small cottage with his dad, Brutas Chetaro, and mom, Dannie Chetaro, and little brother Neo. His brother Neo and him never got along. They would always fight, almost killing each other every time. His dad raised him because he wanted to learn how to be a fighter and a swordsman. His dad trained him well and gave him two blades named kliotes(clee-ot-e's). While these were smaller as to due to his size they were still lethal. One night him and his brother fought, it became so intense he couldn't control his anger, which is odd because he usually can. His eyes went black and so did his whole body as he shot a blast of high dark energy at his brother. It hit the ground and ruptured, destroying the village, He passed out then woke the next day finding his village in shambles. He rushed to his house to find nothing left even his kliotes were gone. As he started to walk away he saw glint of light. This glint happened to be a pair of metal gloves. Blade took them as a reminder of his family and of why he has to control him self. He then left, at the age of 14, to learn to somewhat control his anger. At the age of 16 he met another neko named Carlu who was a wizard. He helped blade control his anger and energy and gave him a energy controlling head band with his powers, which includes creating a barrier which he can become trapped if not careful, and can control others Life Force (aura/energy), which he can use to make a barrier or use to heal a comrade. Through his training with Carlu he started feeling the gloves heat whenever he was using his energy. One day while practicing by himself he put some energy into the gloves to see what would happen. He was shocked the glove morphed and became a blade sitting in the ground. He tried with the other one and received the same result. What were these magic gloves, he then realized it was his kilotes they had taken a different form from the blast, he now knew he has the ability to control himself and fight for what's right. Although he never wants to kill anyone he loves a challenge and will fight for what he believes in.

Energy Absorb - Absorbs energy from the surrounding area at a rate of .83% of his max per second
Energy Sense - Can sense "life" energy from 20 ft (life is an element type and means living creatures; zombies, skeletons and such can not be seen)
Energy Ball - A ball of energy which inflicts small amounts of damage but has other uses
Energy Spear - A spear of energy
Energy Golem - A golem made using one of the four main elements approximate size of a large housecat
Super Speed - When absorbing magic can run as fast as 80 mph
Energy Barrier - Creates a barrier 20ft in diameter (does not cover underground)
Transformation - Can transform into a cheetah or small spotted kitten (kitten has unlimted tranformations; in order to switch back to human or to cheetah he must have at least enough energy to be at 100%
Sword Tornado - Creates a small tornado at 5 cubic feet
Blades - Carries two gloves that can transform into blades (Kliotes)
Healing - Can heal most minior wounds
Levitation - 5 feet, 5 minutes, can levitate self but anything else can only weigh as much as he can carry
Luck - Gains 20% resistance to most ailments at the cost of 20% max energy
Energy Holding - can hold 200% energy total
